As a mainstay at Heartland Payment Systems for almost nine years, Jeff consistently ranked in the top 1% in the company in businesses development, and was the developer of Heartland University, a company-wide training program. Jeff is a proud inductee in the Heartland Hall of Fame.

After leaving Heartland, Jeff was named Vice President of Sports and Entertainment at First Data, recruited to develop a specialized, enterprise-level division unlike any previously in the industry. Two years later, Jeff was named Regional Vice President at Worldpay, tasked with overseeing their NCR channel restaurant/retail operations for the western United States. Jeff later led Microsoft Dynamics/B2B Business Development for the CenPOS division of Elavon.

was founded in 2017 by Jeff Mandel, a fourteen-year veteran in the payments space. Jeff has worked with small business (<$10MM), mid-market ($10MM-$90MM), and enterprise/national accounts (>$100MM) to help clients understand how to make accepting payments safer, more efficient, and more cost effective. He has authored many articles on card processing best practices, and has been sought after to train both customers and industry representatives alike on the intricacies of the industry.

Prior to entering the payments space, Jeff enjoyed a 13 career in professional hockey management.  Despite the pinnacle of his hockey-playing career as a practice goalie (think bullpen catcher!) at the AAA and AA levels of professional hockey, Jeff nevertheless earned four championship rings... and a lifetime of memories... off the ice, primarily building new markets for minor league affiliates for National Hockey League parent clubs, including the Detroit Red Wings, New York Islanders, and Philadelphia Flyers.

Jeff received a Master of Business Administration from Rutgers University, and a Bachelor of Science in Education from Bowling Green State University.
